Getting Started

The YMCA’s free Blood Pressure Self Monitoring program is a way for participants to work with healthy heart ambassadors and self-monitor their blood pressure. The program goal is a reduction in blood pressure, better management, increased awareness of triggers that elevate blood pressure and better knowledge to develop healthier eating habits.

Cancer Survivors

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is an free, evidence-based program for adult cancer survivors. Survivors participate in a health and fitness program with other survivors in a small group setting. Through the program, certified YMCA instructors help patients build muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve energy levels and self-esteem.

Lifelong Essentials for Activity and Nutrition

The LEAN program helps you build healthier habits that last. Through guidance, movement and community support, you’ll learn practical tools to improve your overall well‑being in a way that fits real life. This 12‑week program focuses on progress, not perfection. Whether you’re getting started or getting back on track, LEAN provides a supportive environment where you can explore healthy routines at your own pace

Aging Well

FOR Active adults

Our Aging Well programs are designed to support older adults in staying active, independent, and socially connected. From low-impact group exercise classes like chair yoga to balance training and functional strength, we offer safe, effective workouts tailored to your needs. With a focus on mobility, heart health and community, the Y is your partner in healthy aging and living.
