This year, our 2025 Symposium returns with the theme “Rising Together: Stories of Economic Mobility and Thriving Commu-nities,” aligning with the RVA Rising initiative to close the economic gaps in our community through collective impact. Guided by a planning committee of 30 community leaders, the Symposium continues to serve as a catalyst for progress by engaging expertise across industries, amplifying the need for diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and expanding partnership so we all can thrive.
