Starting a fitness journey can be difficult.  Let our trained staff help you get started with Y Fit sessions.

Y Fit Sessions

Y FIT SESSIONS are fitness sessions included with your YMCA membership, provided to all members by a wellness coach.  Members will be able to focus on the sessions that help them in achieving their wellness goals and can schedule more Y FIT sessions as often as you need.

Find Your Fit

For the do-it-yourself type, use our survey to find the right fit for you.  Whether you prefer group classes, small group training, one-on-one with a trainer, or build your own workouts through our app, the Find Your Fit survey asks you questions about your preferences and provides you a path to a healthier you.
