Job Departments

Aquatics

We serve our members through programs such as swim lessons, Learn to Swim, swim team and water fitness. Positions include Aquatics Directors, Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Water Fitness Instructors, Swim Coaches and more. We provide training and certifications for interested candidates with strong swim skills. 

Camp

Did you know one of our past CEOs started as a summer camp counselor?  Lots of impressive careers have started in camp, and it’s easy to see why.  What other job can provide fun, camaraderie and leadership development all summer long?

Child Watch

Our Child Watch staff give kids a fun and safe place to play while their parents/caregivers are using our facilities.  Child Watch jobs offer flexible schedules and a fun work environment. 

Facilities

Our facilities staff keep our branches and grounds up and running for our staff and members. If you love to work with your hands, a facilities position might be for you!

Member Services

Our Member Services staff are the hub of our branches, greeting members and providing resources and information to guide them on their Y journey! 

Sports

From soccer, field hockey, basketball, lacrosse and flag football to dance and cheer, our sports staff love to teach participants about sportsmanship and teamwork. Positions include Sports Director, Program Specialist, Referee and more.

Transportation

Our CDL Bus Driver positions offer competitive pay, flexible, local routes and year-round schedules.

Wellness & Community Health

Our wellness and community health staff are passionate about health and fitness and love to help others achieve their goals. Positions include Wellness Director, Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and more.

Youth & Teen

Our youth development staff help kids grow and develop in after school programs, teen programs and more!
