YMCA Spring Thaw

Lose a few extra pounds in the Y’s weight loss challenge – YMCA Spring Thaw.

YMCA Spring Thaw is a completely FREE 10 Week weight loss program that will run from March 14 – May 22. Registration runs now through March 29 at all YMCA locations. Spring Thaw is open to any YMCA member 9 years old or older.

What You Do:

Weigh-in Weekly, Workout at least 3 days a week, & Track Your Food Daily

What You Get:

Support from your Wellness Coach to encourage you and help you set a realistic weight loss, calorie goal and exercise plan. You will get a weekly motivational email.

What You Win:

All participants who lose 5% of their body weight will be entered to win:

-Polar Heart Rate Watch or Fit Bit

-Youth (9-17): Bike or Fit Bit
