Get in shape in the New Year with 3-A-Week**. This is a fun, interactive way to lose weight and win some cool prizes!*
To participate, simply:
· Download the Y Challenge mobile app below to sign up
· Be active 3 times each week for 4 consecutive weeks (January 18 – February 14)
· Keep track of your workouts
*To be eligible for prizes individuals must be active 3 days a week for 4 weeks and turn in their activity tracker by Feb 17.
