Women On Weights

Women on Weights is a team training class that runs for 8 weeks and teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. You’ll see positive transformation to your body and you will get stronger! Classes are taught by certified personal trainers. Team training with a max of 6 participants.
