Women on Weights

Women on Weights is a small-group class that runs monthly and teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. You’ll see positive transformation to your body and you will get stronger! Classes are taught by certified wellness staff. Team training programs range from 5-8 participants.
(This program is a monthly class that meets once per week. Members can join at any time).
