Level 1: is for swimmers who have done intermediate swim lessons/swim team and are comfortable swimming freestyle and back stroke. Swimmers will work on their endurance and basic technique for Freestyle and Backstroke along with racing starts. **Must be able to swim 25 meters freestyle and backstroke without assistance. 25 freestyle must be completed in less than 1 min 15 seconds. Level 2: is for swimmers with knowledge of Breaststroke and Butterfly, but need stroke development instruction.
