YMCA Gymnastics teaches children gymnastics skills, confidence, coordination, flexibility and strength. Youth Intermediate Gymnastics is specifically for children who have progressed through the Beginner Gymnastics class at the YMCA. This class builds on the basic skills achieved in Beginner Gymnastics, and further develops coordination, strength, and flexibility through the sport of gymnastics. In addition to teaching your child the fundamentals of gymnastics, we also focus on the YMCA’s character development traits of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. This class runs once per week for 6 weeks.
