YMCA Beginning Dance-Jazz & Hip Hop class (Ages 5-12) is designed to introduce your child to the basic elements, steps, and terms of jazz and hip-hop. With an emphasis on musicality, our Jazz & Hip Hop class is a great building block for future dance experiences. This class is a great way for your child to build confidence, increase flexibility, poise, and grace as they have loads of fun and prepare for their very own performance the final week of the program! This class will take place for one hour, once per week, for 8 weeks. Black t-shirt & black leggings with jazz shoes recommended.
