Where do I find class reservations?
You can find this in two places. One is in the details of the class in the schedules and click on “Find Out More” to see the link (0:26 mark of the “Schedules” tutorial video). The second method is under the “Other Schedules & More” where a direct link can be found (1:33 mark of the “Schedules” tutorial video).
How do I cancel my reservation of a class?
There are two ways to cancel your reservation of a class. One, call the front desk. Every staff member of our YMCAs can remove your reservation should you need to cancel. Two, while in SuperSaas on the app, change your view to “Desktop” with the link at the bottom of the screen. (SuperSaas does not allow for class cancellation from the mobile view.) When prompted to switch to desktop view, click “Ok”. Find our reservation in the calendar and open the class. Click on the “Edit” icon at the lower right, after the class time under “Created On”. Choose “Remove Reservation.” SuperSaas will remain in desktop view until your force close your app. For iPhones, double click the home button, and swipe up on the YMCA app.
How do I see the group exercise schedule for other branches?
There are a few ways depending on how you choose to use the app. If you regularly use multiple branches, mark your regular locations as a “Favorite” and quickly navigate between these schedules (0:41 mark of the “Viewing Schedules and Reserving a Spot” video). For just a quick one-time look at another branch, you can select any branch you like through the “Sort/Filter” option on the Group Exercise schedule, then select the Event Category of “Group Exercise.”
Where do I see hours of operation?
Touch the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner and choose “Locations” (0:33 mark of the “App Settings Features” video). The “Hours” tab is located beside the “Location” tab at the top, just under the branch name. Scroll down to see “Child Watch” and “Holiday Hours” for this location. Use the search magnifying glass in the upper right to search other locations the same way.
