Small group training for active adults
30 minute express group personal training for 8 weeks. FitZone is a class that will get your heart pumping, muscles burning, and sweat dripping all by lifting weights efficiently.
Members meet in small groups 2-4 times a week for comprehensive total body workouts that focus on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength. The program is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol.
REHAB & RECOVERY
Classes to aid in continued physical recovery, better management of a condition, boosting energy.
Four 1-hour sessions. Whether you are an athlete, active aging adult or just want to feel better, this class will show you how you can live pain free.
Phase IV Cardiac Rehab
Phase IV Cardiac Rehab provides a smooth transition from acute rehab into sustaining a healthy lifestyle at the YMCA.
Participants will engage in activities to maximize general range of motion and balance. Light weight training, free exercises and balance training will be used to facilitate activities of daily living. Participants must be able to walk, preferably unassisted.
Exercise in the water has been proven to help people dealing with arthritis. We offer many arthritis classes in our heated pools around the city. See Water Fitness and other schedules at our YMCA locations.
For participants with multiple sclerosis, this class combines water walking and MS Moves stretching to increase mobility and assist in maintain muscle tone and strength.

Take your fitness to the next level with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Assessments will be offered at the beginning and end of the 8-week session as well as receiving nutritional guidelines for the program.
This is a high-intensity outdoor exercise program that will challenge participants to a new level. Participants will receive monthly fitness assessments, weekly off-day workouts, and discounts on personal training/fitness events. Purchase of this package also includes one free weekend workout session.

Youth Athletic Development
Increase strength, speed, agility, coordination, and balance. Sessions run monthly and are based on increasing overall athletic ability. Geared toward young athletes of any sport.
Move your body to the beat with the Y’s dance lessons for youth. You can select a combination of classes that introduce your child to ballet, classic jazz and hip-hop.
