GETTING STARTED

The Y provides exciting, creative programs and coaches to keep you on track.  Follow these steps to start your road to wellness.

Choose Your Goal:

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

This goal is to lose body fat and increase lean muscle and have more energy

FIT AND TONE

This goal is to maintain your weight, be healthy and have more energy

REHAB & RECOVERY

This goal is to continue physical recovery, better manage my condition and have more energy

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

This goal is to follow a training program that will take my fitness to the next level by improving my endurance, racing performance and add variety to your workout.

FREE Y-FIT SESSIONS

Y Fit Sessions are free fitness sessions provided to all members by a Wellness Coach.  Members can use each Y Fit Session multiple times to assist them in achieving their Wellness Goals.

Y-FIT SESSIONS TYPES

GOAL SETTING

Come away with a customized plan to reach your Wellness Goals. You will learn the best strength training exercises and cardio for you along with programs that will help you reach your goals faster.

MOTIVATION TO EXERCISE & ROAD BLOCKS

Need motivation to get going? In this session you will create winning strategies to keep a “road block” from getting in the way.  Finish the session with an energizing workout.

NUTRITION

Learn the number of calories needed to fuel your body and easy meal planning tips. Finish the session with an energizing workout as time allows.

YOUTH

Youth 9-14 can unlock their fitness potential, get a great workout while learning what they can do in the Wellness Center.  Sessions are offered as a group or one on one.

FITNESS APPS

Learns how MyfitnessPal and  Fitbit  connectivity can enhance your ability to reach your goals. Must already have a MyfitnessPal or Fitbit account.

CHECK-UP SESSIONS

Need a tune up to your workout?  In this session, we will update your plan for strength training and cardio to stay on track. We can also schedule to update your nutrition plan if needed.
