GETTING STARTED

Meeting with our Wellness Coaches will provide a tailored exercise program to fit your needs that you can access on your mobile device or print at the Y. Our Wellness Coaches will coach and and motivate you to successfully reach your wellness goals during our Y Fit Sessions.


GOAL SETTING

Learn the best strength training and cardio exercises for you along with programs that will help you reach your goals faster. 

MOTIVATION TO EXERCISE & ROAD BLOCKS 

Need motivation to get going? Learn winning strategies to keep a “road block” from getting in the way.   

NUTRITION 

Learn the number of calories needed to fuel your body and easy meal planning tips.  

YOUTH FITNESS   

Youth 9-14 can unlock their fitness potential by learn strength training and cardio exercises and the Wellness Center Guidelines to keep them safe.  Sessions are offered as a group or one on one. 

CHECK-UP SESSIONS 

Need a tune up to your workout?  Learn how to update your plan for strength training and cardio to stay on track.
