Group Exercise is one of the best ways to improve your health. Our great instructors are all nationally certified and will guide you through everything you need to know to start. All class are free and most do not require a reservation.
Click the Schedules button (top of every page on our website and mobile app) for YMCA Branch specific class offerings and to find out which classes require reservation. All classes are 1 hour or are labeled Express for a quick 30-minute workout when for those tight on time.
Many of our classes do not require any reservation; just show up and workout! But some, due to popularity or limited equipment, require a reservation no early than 24-hours ahead of time. Reservations are made through SuperSaas, a third-party website, which can be found online and through our app.
