Social activities help foster connections and improve overall health. Older adult social activities include bible study, food and fellowship, games, travel and more. Some activities are open to non members and would welcome volunteers.
The first YMCA offered Bible study and prayer. That spirit remains with Bible studies, worship services, and prayer breakfast on National Day of Prayer.
