An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Saturday, repeating until Sunday, March 31, 2019
A program for individual who are physically fit and athlete that want to be push to their limits.There will be a once a week class to improve skills like deadlifts, pull ups, squats, bench and more.
In order to get on the Y Elite team you must:
Run a mile- 8 mins (men), 9 mins (females)
Pull ups- 7 (men) 7 with green band assistance (female)
Plank- 1min (men) 45sec (female)
Burpees- 10 in 30sec (men) 7 in 30 sec (female)
