The YMCA Aging Strong Program is designed to help older adults improve health outcomes, increase socialization and maintain independent living. Programming includes group fitness along with activities to promote socialization, mental fitness and fall prevention.

Aging Strong is available on site at community partner locations. The YMCA can partner with your organization to provide Aging Strong to your community and build a customizable program specific to your needs using programs within the Keys to Aging Well:
