SWING DANCEWhy Dance? Not just because it is fun, you meet new people, and sharpen skills with your partner, but calories used while ballroom dancing can range from 207 to 378 calories per hour, depending on whether you are doing a slow fox trot, rumba or a fast swing. Pre-registration is required. Cost includes 6 sessions of dance lessons. This session will feature both the Rumba and Cha Cha which will be taught by Jeff Butler.
