Monument Avenue and Belmont will come to life in this beautifully painted original watercolor by Matthew Fontain Maury. Born in Richmond, Va and educated in art under several well known portrait artists, Mr. Vaughn continues to paint landcape scenes of Virginia, as well as North Carolina, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
