The YMCA, in partnership with CBS 6, is committed to helping you reach your wellness goals through Fall Into Fitness!
Stay active three days a week for four weeks and you can win cool prizes. Individuals can track their days of activity on a activity card or on the Y Fit App.
The program is FREE and open to the community. Those who are not current members can use any Y facility for FREE each Friday during the program(Youth 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult).
Ask Member Services or a Wellness Coach for a “Fall Into Fitness” card to register or download our Y Fit mobile app to get started.
