Additional Info: | Participants will get a t-shirt, weekly weigh-ins, a starting and ending assessment, and a celebration at the end of 12 weeks! Prizes will be given to the person and the team who loses the most weight. Registration forms can be filled out at the front desk and must be completed by Friday, April 19 for the 12 week program and by Friday, April 5 for the 6 week program. |
