The YMCA can help you meet your fitness goals. Begin by talking with our wellness professionals about a plan to suit your needs and lifestyle. Then determine how you can benefit from one of our many fitness programs, which can range from developing a personalized exercise program to premier personal training.

LOSE BIG
A 6 or 8 week team oriented weight loss challenege with weekly workout and weigh-ins! Participants will be placed on a team of 4-5 and work as a group with a wellness coach 2 times per week.

Participants will get a t-shirt, weekly weigh-ins, a starting and ending assessment, and a celebration at the end of 12 weeks! Prizes will be given to the person and the team who loses the most weight.

Registration forms can be filled out at the front desk and must be completed by Friday, April 19 for the 12 week program and by Friday, April 5 for the 6 week program.

Need some guidance when planning your workout routine? Next Step is a great way to put your fitness goals into action and take a new approach to exercising!  Participants meet once with a wellness coach and develop a 4-week plan to meet your individual fitness needs. All fitness levels welcome!

POWER HOUR
Ever wonder if you've made the most of your hour at the gym? Power Hour lets a trainer do all the thinking for you! Power Hour is an instructor driven circuit class that alternates cardiovascular and resistance intervals. Classes are held in 4-week sessions, but you can still participate even if you can't attend some of the sessions. Limited to 4 participants at a time.
