Aquatic Fitness

 

Improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular conditioning and flexibility. We offer a large variety of water-based exercise classes including water walking, water aerobics, water sports and more.

Aquatic fitness, or water aerobics, classes are extremely popular due to the great health benefits the zero-impact exercise provides. Participants ages 15 and up can improve their cardiovascular fitness, muscular conditioning and flexibility.

FINNING
A high intensity and power toning aerobic class that uses flippers and other resistance equipment to help you slim down and burn calories. Great for swimmers who need a change in their routine. Swimming ability helpful but not required.  Plese not that  a doctor's approval suggest for knee, hip and joint issues.

H2O PUMP
A medium instensity work -out designed to burn fat, strengthen muscles and build endurance. This class includes an intesne cariovascular component followed by a strength training segment possibly utilizing a variety of equipment.

JUST MY SPEED
A low intensity class designed for older adults, beginner exersicers, pre & post-natal moms andthose recoviner from an injury. Just My Speed is a full body workout that includes a warm-up, a 30 minute cardiovascular section, toning and a cool down/stretching segment.
