BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENINGS Free monthly blood pressure screenings are available to members. Speak with a wellness coach for branch-specific details.
CHOLESTEROL/GLUCOSE TESTING A simple, five-minute test will give you accurate measurements of your total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and glucose. The test requires a 12-hour fast. For ages 18 and up.
EXERCISE EVALUATIONS Our fitness assessment specialist has the information you need to take your exercise goals to the next level. Test options available: • Sub-maximal cardiovascular testing (e.g. bike or treadmill) • Muscular Strength (e.g. maximum press) • Muscular Endurance (e.g. sit-ups, push-ups, 50% reps, etc.) • Body Composition (e.g. skinfold calipers, height/weight, circumference) • Flexibility (e.g., sit and reach)
FAST FIVE FITNESS CHECK Measure your blood pressure, target heart rate, strength, flexibility and body composition. This program is for ages 15 and up.
