AQUA FIT I Total body workout includes cardiovascular strength and endurance, muscle tone, and flexibility. A fun way to get in shape and stay there!
AQUA FIT II The total body workout you want- cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscle tone, and flexibility- but all at a higher intensity. This is a very high energy class!
AQUACISE Mild cardiovascular work and muscle development. This 1/2 hour class was designed for people with chronic conditions such as arthritis, fibromyaligia, etc.
AQUAFIT COMBO A combination of cardiovascular exercise, yoga, and Pilates for a well rounded workout.
