Martial Arts & Self-Defense


Improved balance, relaxation, stress reduction and overall health are just some of the benefits of martial arts classes at the Y. Styles offered vary by branch and may include Tai Chi, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Cuong Nhu and more.

You never have to live in fear or be a victim. This class will teach adults the skills required to react and protect themselves from physical injury.
