The Y supports thousands of youth, adults, and families by providing guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, and body.
Join us for a wide range of games and social opportunities for active older adults. Activities vary by branch, but include card games, art groups, bingo, Bunco, board games, chess, bocce ball, group knitting sessions, Bible study, luncheons, book clubs, art classes, birthday socials, guest speakers and much more.
MONTHLY LUNCHEONS Come out and enjoy a monthly covered dish luncheon for YMCA Active Adults and their guests. Please bring a covered dish to share (enough for 6+). It is a great way to meet other Active Adults and enjoy a fun and educational program.
