From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving. BODY SCULPT (45) / BODY SCULPT 45/ 60 minute total body strength training workout using a variety of equipment.
BOOT CAMP (45) / BOOT CAMP 45/60 minute intense workout involving calisthenics and aerobic exercises with the use of your own body weight and a variety of equipment.
BURN AND TONE 60 minute cardio, step, and strength workout.
CARDIO STRENGTH 60 min intense non-choreographed intervals of cardio and strength.
CIRCUIT CLASS 30 minute multi-level class held in the Circuit Room designed to achieve a solid cardiovascular and strength workout.
CXWORX This 30 minute Les Mills' class is ideal for tighening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength.

PILATES60 minute mat class designed to improve core (abdominals & low back) strength and flexibility.
SS 1 45 minute chair optional class designed to improve muscular strength and range of motion for daily activities.
SS YOGA 45 minute chair optional class offering a series of seated and/or standing Yoga poses.
STEP Step aerobics class. Some Step experience recommended.
STRCH & SCULPT 2 (45) 45 minute class, beginner-intermediate level using a variety of equipment to strengthen muscles, stretching after every exercise.
TABATA CYCLE30 Minute class including 20 minutes of intense intervals alternating work and rest phases followed by a cool down. Limited number of cycles available so, please pick up your pass at the front desk.
YOGA HATHA 60 minute class using traditional Yoga postures and breathing techniques to improve strenght and flexibility.
YOGA POWER 60 minute class, using a combination of deep breathing, standing and traditional postures. Strength, focus, stamina, flexibility and balance are challenged. Yoga experience recommended.
ZUMBA (45) / ZUMBA 45/60 minute multi-level cardio class that emphasizes Latin music, rhythms, and dance moves.
