YOUTH DANCE CLASSESLearn the joy of movement to music with the Goochland Family YMCA's flavor of dance class. These multi-level dance classes are geared towards American dance styles, such as Broadway-based numbers, jazz, modern dance and even hip-hop. The goal is to promote a positive body image, learn some basic and mid-level dance moves and introduce youth to the wonderful world of dance.
Preschool Tap and BalletExperience 6 full weeks of lyrical, tap and ballet in a fun-filled atmosphere! This structured program is designed for early development of technical ballet and movement. It precisely meets needs and limitations of pre-schoolers by providing a carefully paced sequence of exercises to develop physical conditioning with poise and grace.

Tap, Jazz and BalletThis class offers a wide range of fun and upbeat movement! Children will learn self-discipline, skills, coordination, left and right skills, patterns in movement, along with ballet, tap, and jazz dance technique.
