Fitness Programs

 

The YMCA can help you meet your fitness goals. Begin by talking with our wellness professionals about a plan to suit your needs and lifestyle. Then determine how you can benefit from one of our many fitness programs, which can range from developing a personalized exercise program to premier personal training.

GENERAL WELLNESS ORIENTATION
Get started right! Learn how to use the entire wellness center. We have treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, free weights and strength training machines. Wellness center orientation is required for all youth ages 9-14 prior to using the wellness equipment.

BOOTCAMP
This six week program is designed to get you toned, trim and healthier fast. Challenge you mind, body, and spirt with. Class will include TRX, weight training, and boot camp formates that combine intense full-body muscle toning and heart-pumping cardio with indoor and ourdoor workouts.
