Youth fitness programs are designed to enhance fitness, coordination and socialization in a safe, fun environment. The focus is on gross and fine motor skills, balance, strength and flexibility.
YOUTH & FITNESS CONDITIONINGThis special fitness one hour orientation program for children educates kids on Wellness Center policy, various age-restriction usage, safe and effective use of equipment, basic exercise principles, an introduction to nutrition, as well as a short test following the class. Parental consent required. Must pre-register at the front desk.
9 - 14 years old
Tuesdays & Wednesdays
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. - Tuesdays (Ages 9 - 10)5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Wednesdays (Ages 11 - 14)
