The Y supports thousands of youth, adults, and families by providing guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, and body.
The Y offers medically-based classes for many conditions including arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, cardiac rehab, cancer, conditions involving chronic pain and more. All of our branches are open to populations with special needs.
AQUA ARTHRITIS (Low Impact) This National Arthritis Foundation program is taught by YMCA staff. This is designed to improve joint flexibility and muscular strength.
