The Y supports thousands of youth, adults, and families by providing guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, and body.
Whatever your goal - weight loss, toning, stress relief, endurance - there is a class to suit your needs. For safety and enjoyment, class sizes are limited. Branch-specific schedules, class offerings and descriptions are available online. One-on-one orientation with a wellness coach required for ages 9-14. Please contact your local branch to schedule this appointment. Youth ages 11-14 may take group exercise classes designated as beginner accompanied by a parent.

CHRISTMAS LADDER CYCLE CLIMB This specialty class adds a little fun to the regular cycle format. You will be climbing the 12 days of Christmas ladder to holiday music tunes.
