Active Adult Fitness

 

Active older adults will enjoy a variety of fitness programs such as group exercise and aquatic classes. Our programs allow older adults to remain active and grow in spirit, mind and body.

SILVER SNEAKERS® MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT
Move to the music to increase muscular strength and flexibility. This multi-level, equipment-based class uses a variety of exercises using hand weights, rubber tubing, a ball and in some cases, a chair!
