SILVER SNEAKERS® MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT Move to the music to increase muscular strength and flexibility. This multi-level, equipment-based class uses a variety of exercises using hand weights, rubber tubing, a ball and in some cases, a chair!
