Associate Director of Child Care – NEW OPPORTUNITY!
The North Richmond YMCA is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide leadership for the Child Care programs. This individual will be responsible for the planning and implementation for the Early Child Care and School Age Programs. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Virginia licensing requirements and assisting in the hiring, training, coaching and supervising of all staff for this area. This individual will act as a liaison between the Richmond Public Schools Head Start Program and assist the Director of Child Care in creating new community relationships and cultivating volunteers.
Requirements include an Associates degree and minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial/supervisory role in a group child care program or child care related field.
